On Jan 14th, 2013, a forty-year-old woman called Alison Constance Easton and her two children( a ten-year-old boy called Alexander and a six-year-old girl named Katie ) who were found dead in a double murder-suicide that has left at west Ottawa neighbourhood. When father came back home and then found them dead, he phoned the police right now. The police sources found a knife in the house, so they confirmed that the murder weapon was a knife, but until now, no cause of death has been given.
